Terrible service. They had forgotten to send me a reminder message about the appointment with all the instructions to follow (medication, sun exposure, use of deodorants, creams...). I arrive at the clinic and they tell me that since I have taken X medication they cannot treat me with laser that same day. Furthermore, they tell me that since my arms are exposed they cannot treat that area either. They justify themselves and try to wash their hands by saying that they asked me on the phone about the medication. As if that were not enough, they tell me that any well-informed person could have taken advantage of my appointment slot and they make me pay the €59!! of the session due to the cancellation policy and they change the appointment to another day. That is when I have refused to deal with them. They have returned my money but no one will return the time I have lost.

I have had two sessions with them and I am super happy, specifically with Haizea, a super nice girl with exceptional treatment! :)

I had been wanting to get the laser done for years and I finally decided on this place because of the proximity to my work. I couldn't have made a better decision. They are true professionals.
